Referral Program Policy

General Provisions
The program encourages users to promote Surfsky by earning bonuses for attracting new users via personal referral links. Participants accept all terms upon signup. The Organizer may occasionally amend this Policy — changes are effective 30 days after publication.
Key Definitions
Surfsky — cloud-based browser platform at surfsky.io. Organizer — Cyberfinity FZE LLC, Ajman, UAE. Referral — user who created an account via referral link. Referrer — owner of the unique referral link. Referral Link — unique auto-generated link for account creation.
Referrer Eligibility
Any legal-age user may participate. Only a user who promotes their Surfsky Referral Link independently and through their own efforts is eligible to become a Referrer. The organizer reserves the right to cancel participation without explanation.
Allowed Referral Link Usage
Referrers may share links via personal websites or blogs, social media using own accounts, clickable banner ads, video descriptions, articles about multi-accounting, forum signatures, and contextual advertising services. Content must be unique and non-intrusive.
Prohibited Methods
Strictly forbidden: offering links to already-registered users, personal use by referrer, spam and mass mailing, fake accounts or requests, company or agency promotion, misusing "official" or "authorized" terminology, copying content without attribution, questionable content referencing Surfsky, and unauthorized logo usage.
Commission Structure
Referrers receive a 15% commission on all subscription payments made by their Referrals during the first 12 months. Commissions are tracked via email to hello@surfsky.io. The payment review period is 45 days. Commission rates may change at the organizer's discretion.
Withdrawal Process
Minimum withdrawal is $100 (full balance only). Processed within 24 hours on a monthly schedule via bank card transfer. The organizer covers all fees. If referrals receive refunds, corresponding commissions are deducted from the referrer's balance.
Organizer Rights and Obligations
The organizer may invalidate actions, suspend payments, and unilaterally terminate or modify the program. The organizer is obligated to credit bonuses to participants who successfully fulfill all conditions of this policy.
Intellectual Property
Participants acknowledge that the organizer owns and controls all Intellectual Property Rights related to Surfsky and its referral program materials.
Confidentiality
Account information and email communications remain confidential for three years after participation ends. Both parties must safeguard information using reasonable care standards.
Termination
Referrers may self-terminate at any time or through 90+ days of inactivity. The organizer may terminate for policy breaches with 30-day notice, or instantaneously if the breach causes harm. Upon termination, referrers have 30 days to withdraw accrued bonuses.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation via email. This policy is governed by England and Wales law with UK court jurisdiction.
